Are African Mango and Pure Acai Perfect Together?
It is well accepted by now that acai (the real authentic pure kind of acai berry, not the junk that is sent a part of the free offer scams) is an unusually healthy berry that is loaded with vitamins and antioxidants.
And it looks like a possibility that African mango may really help people loose weight and have potential as a possible effective fat burning substance.
So, maybe Acai Berries and African Mango (also know as “irvingia” or “irvingia gabonensis”) is a great combination for those who are looking for better health and an energy boost (from the acai) and the benefits of a potential fat burning substance, such as African Mango.
The benefits of African Mango come from the pit in the called the Dika Nut. “African mango extract” is derived from the pit, (the Dika nuts).
Here is the lowdown (or the “skinny” as they used to say —sorry for the pun)…
In a clinical study, participants taking African mango lost an average of 28 pounds over 10 weeks while the placebo group lost nothing. The African Mango group did NOT change their diets or exercise routines. The African Mango participants also saw their cholesterol lowered and their blood sugar lowered, too.
More research is needed, of course, and we obviously look forward to seeing more clinical studies on “Mango African” …but this information gives you an idea of why we are seeing a huge surge of interest in this rare fruit and it’s pit, called the Dika nut.
As stated in an earlier post, interest in Irvingia is surging in South Africa and they can’t keep it in stock. In the U.S. popularity in soaring since, according to reports, a famous TV doctor has recommended it on his TV show as a weight loss aid that really works.
