Arthur Laszczewski provides critical leadership, development, implementation and support of Grantek’s engineering solutions that deliver strong returns on investment and predictable outcomes for manufacturers who face automation, cybersecurity or machine safety challenges. Grantek continues to evolve from a small to mid-size system integration company to an industry leader that advances life sciences and food and beverage manufacturers with digital solutions. Arthur provides the necessary skills and experience to deliver outcomes for Grantek customers, while also developing and refining internal best-practices to advance project execution processes and ultimately improve operations for manufacturers.
Achievements, Advancement & Career-related Industry Contributions
Arthur was the first engineer hired when Grantek’s Vancouver, British Columbia, office was opened in 2012. Since then, Arthur has been a staple of Grantek’s West Coast operations. He has worked as a trusted resource and embedded engineer with a multi-national food and beverage company. His strong performance and work-ethic lead to a promotion to Systems Manager in 2016, another promotion to Client Solutions Manager followed in 2017. As a Client Solutions Manager, Arthur was instrumental in helping build Grantek’s business on the West Coast and throughout the Midwest. Arthur now serves as Grantek’s Associate Director of Smart Manufacturing Solutions. He leads Grantek’s efforts in further developing cybersecurity and machine safety practices that deliver compliant and productive solutions and outcomes for Grantek clients.
Non-work-related Activities & Hobbies
Mixing in his love for travel, Arthur has traveled across the U.S. and Canada to find new mountains to explore on his snowboard. Spending most of his winters traversing the mountains of Whistler, BC, Arthur has also travelled as far as Japan in the hunt for fresh powder.

- Arthur has traveled extensively throughout Europe, Canada, Asia and the United States. By his count, Arthur has travelled to over 32 countries.
- Merging the travel bug with his professional expertise has seen Arthur lead project commissioning efforts at a client site in Hawai’i, while also contributing his management and engineering skills to projects in Asia and Europe.

“Integration is one of the few fields where individuals have the opportunity to make a system come to life and see it move in front of their eyes,” said Arthur. “Although each project is unique and brings its own challenges, those that love problem solving will find the work extremely satisfying. The ever-evolving nature of automation also brings the opportunity to always learn new things and avoid stagnation, continuous self-improvement not only benefits the clients but also elevates the whole team involved. A career in automation satisfies the need to fix problems, continuously improve, and it’s never boring.”
